Pond Cleaning
We offer a full pond cleaning service where we completely empty the pond, thus ensuring that we can remove all the silt and leaves from the bottom which would break-down over time and pollute the water.
We use large tubs and collapsible pools to make sure that we keep the majority of the water to replace after the clean, thus minimising fish stress and allowing us to keep the fish in a safe environment whilst the clean is under way.

Unfortunately, occasionally things can go wrong. Fish can get sick, equipment can fail and old ponds can leak. If you have any problems with your pond whatsoever then we can help you solve them.

If you think there is something wrong with one of your fish, or if you have lost some fish then we can come and do a thorough test of the water, examine the fish in question, and advise on what action to take. This could involve measures to improve water quality or the use of chemicals to treat a bacterial or parasite infection.
